As a lifelong Fairfield County resident, Ryan Loechner is an area expert. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a long-time resident, there’s no better agent to guide you through the ins and outs of each town. Ryan knows every neighborhood from top to bottom, including the best shopping, restaurants, school systems, local activities, and events.
From local beaches to picturesque golf courses, excellent schools to an incredibly high quality of life, why would you want to live anywhere else? One of Ryan’s favorite things about living in Fairfield County is its proximity to New York City. Only 40 minutes away, residents benefit from having the best of both big-city and suburban living.
Ryan transitioned into real estate three years ago and has over 15 years of customer service experience under his belt. His years in sales and a technology support role instilled in him critical interpersonal skills that have aided him in his career as a realtor. Ryan also spent many years as a swim coach, offering guidance on a personal level-something that proves valuable to his clients.
The real estate industry appealed to Ryan because he wanted to provide more hands-on support for the people with whom he works. Ryan’s motto is always to advise-not pressure. When working with Ryan, you can be confident in his ability to leverage his technology expertise with his extensive network of contacts to help you sell faster and buy smarter. Ryan is adept at successfully marketing properties and staying ahead of the competition through the search for new homes.
His favorite part of the business is helping his clients achieve their goals and advising them on the Fairfield County market’s intricacies. Ryan excels at making each transaction as stress-free as possible by committing himself 100% to his clients’ success with his honest, reliable, and diligent work ethic. Last year, Halstead awarded him the title of “Rising Star” as a tribute to his hard work and reputation for excellence.
As a well-rounded individual, Ryan participates in numerous hobbies outside of work, including running, golf, paddle boarding, biking, and skiing. Living in Connecticut, he enjoys sampling craft beers from the diverse assortment of micro-breweries nearby. He also loves spending time with his wife, Kristina, and their darling daughter Emilija. They like to take walks at the beach and park as well as relax in their backyard around their cozy fire pit.
Ryan also values giving back to the community and supports the Tiny Miracles Foundation, an organization that provides assistance and services to families who have had premature babies or infants that had to stay in the NICU.
